Henderson Upholstery was founded in 1989 in Buford, Georgia by Jeff Henderson.

In 2016, the business was relocated to 5070 Whitworth Road, in Lavonia Georgia and operates under the trade name of Henderson Custom Upholstery, part of the S&J Marine, LLC located on Gumlog Road.
